Why do you do it?
WHY DO YOU DO IT? It's a question I have been asked many times in the past about why I train. I always thought it was a bizarre question to be honest. I always thought the answer was quite obvious.....it's because I love it! I love beating the living crap out of myself, I love improving, I love being able to do things out of the reach of what is considered 'normal'. It's why I get up at 4am, it's a huge part of who I am. If I couldn't train I wouldn't have my release and my wife would probably kick me out of the house because I'd be a nightmare to live with 😂 It is vital that you have a why to whatever you are doing especially in the gym. You don't have to love it but if your why is greater than your dislike you are on to a winner. You are only as good as your why.
